初心者コース
BEGINNER COURSES
10 1-hour Lessons
This course is designed for anyone who has a budding interest in kimono, and learning how to wear one practically.
*This course is a requirement for anyone who intends to continue onto the Intermediate Course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to
Understand the differences between a kimono and a yukata
Wear a yukata, and a casual kimono with Nagoya obi in the ichijū-daiko style
Identify and use casual obi; and more.
初級コースでは主に浴衣とカジュアルシーンで着る着物（小紋など）と名古屋帯を使った一重太鼓などの基本の帯結びの練習をします。
初級コースは、中級コースに進まれる前に必ず受講していただきます。
中級コース
INTERMEDIATE COURSES
10 1.5-hour Lessons
Building on the basics from the Beginner Course, this course will focus on formal kimono wearing. At the start of each lesson, you should confidently wear your own nagajuban.
*This course is a requirement for anyone who intends to continue onto the Advanced Course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to
Understand the importance of Time, Place, and Occasion (“TPO”) for the appropriate kimono
Wear a formal kimono with fukuro obi in the nijū-daiko style
Utilize additional kimono accessories to enhance wearing; and more.
初級コースで学んだことを基に、中級コースではフォーマルなシーンで着る着物の着付けを中心として練習します。レッスン開始前には必ずご自身で長襦袢まで着ていただきます。当該コース受講後には、TPOに合わせた着物選びや帯結び（主に二重太鼓）ができるようになることを目指します。
中級コースは、上級コースに進まれる前に必ず受講していただきます。
上級コース
ADVANCED COURSES
10 1.5-hour Lessons
All your knowledge from previous courses will be utilized for these classes. Before the start of each lesson, you should wear your own kimono. This course is entirely focused on dressing others in furisode, and the various obi styles. There will also be an option to experience wearing the tomesode.
上級コースでは主に他装（人に着物を着付ける）の練習をします。
レッスン前にはご自身で着物を着ていただき受講していただきます。
主に袋帯を使った様々な帯結びと、黒留袖や振袖などの着物の着付けを行います。
